Partner Organizations
Caring for the mind, body, and spirit of children, youth, and adults is important for a strong community. Our partner organizations assist people in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Linn County struggling with homelessness, poverty, and other mental and social problems find housing. Once secured, households are referred to Central Furniture Rescue to turn a place to live into a home.

Anchor Center
Anchor Center offers substance use evaluations for criminal justice involved individuals. Corrections staff make referrals for free evaluation services to criminal justice involved adults in need.

Mission of Hope is a Christ-centered ministry offering physical, emotional, and spiritual support to those in need. We serve hundreds of people each year – the poor, the homeless, the addicted, and those in need of restoration. Some drop in to meet basic needs – food, clothing, and shelter.
Tailored Living Choices
Supported Living Services agency for people with developmental and mental health disabilities. The agency quickly became identified for their ability and willingness to serve individuals with severe behaviors such as, elopement, sexual offenders and assaultive behaviors. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

The Catherine McAuley Center offers hope and opportunity through educational and supportive services that promote stability, skill-building, and connection.While CMC’s programs serve distinct populations – immigrants, refugees, and women experiencing crisis – they are united by a common purpose of promoting the well-being and dignity of individuals in need, as Catherine McAuley did.
Safe Place Foundation
We provide a drug and alcohol free living environment with ongoing staff support, community volunteer involvement and peer-to-peer mentorship. Our mission is to return recovered men to family and community.

Horizons
Horizons, A Family Service Alliance has been dedicated to providing opportunities to improve the lives of individuals and families. Horizons provides a variety of human services across Eastern Iowa including: Transportation, Financial Wellness Center, Meals on Wheels Programs and Elder Services

Goodwill of the Heartland’s mission is to advance the social and economic wellbeing of people who experience barriers to independence.
Metro Catholic Outreach
Metro Catholic Outreach is a collaborative project of the 11 Catholic parishes of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa metro area. This outreach provides a food pantry, community assistance referrals, and financial assistance for housing and utilities to those in need in the Cedar Rapids Metro area.
Cedar Rapids Community School District
The Cedar Rapids Community School District has the second largest enrollment in the State of Iowa. The District’s AK through grade 12 grade program currently serves 16,294 students in 21 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, and 4 high schools.

Amani Community Services
Amani Community Services is a culturally specific domestic violence and sexual assault agency serving African Americans in Black Hawk and Linn Counties. Our staff provides counseling, out reach services, personal advocacy, legal advocacy, children’s programming and information and referrals.
